Responsibilities Edit and produce paid social ads across multiple formats and platforms

Create motion graphics and animated assets using After Effects

Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams on campaign production

Integrate AI tools into the workflow to speed up production and generate video assets

Adapt creative assets across formats and aspect ratios

Contribute ideas to improve creative performance and production efficiency Requirements 5+ years of video editing experience

Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects

Strong portfolio demonstrating paid social and motion graphics work

Fluent English (written and verbal)

Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney, Veo, Kling, or similar)



- deep expertise not required, but must be comfortable learning new AI tools quickly

Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams

Available to work in the US Eastern Time

Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with feedback and change Nice to Have Advanced ClickUp experience (automations, dashboards, templates). Startup or high-growth environment experience. Healthcare or telehealth operations experience

Experience with Airtable or similar operational platforms. Familiarity with AI productivity tools and workflow automation.
