Duties And Responsibilities

- Select and order supplemental materials
- Attend job-related meetings and activities
- Perform other duties as directed by the administration

RELATIONSHIPS
- Cooperates with school administration in providing displays and programs for the school and community, and in sponsoring fairs, clubs, and contests
- Communicates with parents and school counselors on the individual pupil’s progress
- Supervises pupils in out-of-classroom activities during the assigned working day
- Identifies pupil needs, and cooperates with other professional staff members in assessing and





helping pupils solve health, attitude, and learning problems
- Participates in curriculum and other developmental programs within the school of assignment

and/or on a District level. May teach under modular or adaptable scheduling plans Professional Attitudes, Responsibilities And Participation

- Performs basic attendance accounting and business services as required
- Shares in the sponsorship of student activities and participates in faculty committees
- May plan and coordinate the work of aides, teacher assistants, or other professionals
- Maintains professional competence through participation in in-service education activities provided by the District and/or in self-selected professional growth activities
