What you will actually do
- Reach out to students and potential volunteers through LinkedIn, Instagram, email, calls, and other approved channels.
- Start warm, human conversations that spark curiosity about MEDLIFE Service Learning Trips and our mission.
- Qualify leads by understanding interest, timing, motivation, objections, and readiness to meet with the sales team.
- Schedule high-quality meetings and make clean handoffs so the next person has the full context.
- Follow up consistently, with discipline and care, so strong leads do not disappear in the pipeline.
- Support info sessions, webinars, or short presentations when needed.
- Keep HubSpot or CRM records accurate, updated, and useful for the team.
- Learn quickly from feedback, improve your scripts, and track what is working.
Every conversation is a small door. Behind the right one, there may be a student who joins a trip, discovers a new perspective, and becomes part of a movement bigger than themselves.
