The
Investment Regional Lead
is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational excellence across media investment and non-biddable media operations, including
Linear TV, Print, Out-of-Home (OOH), Radio, and Digital Media
. This role ensures high-quality campaign execution, governance, commercial management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous optimization across multiple markets and operational hubs.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in media investment and trading with strong people leadership capabilities,



overseeing large-scale regional operations, driving client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency, and innovation.

We are specifically seeking professionals with extensive experience in media agencies, advertising agencies, and media owners, with a strong understanding of both traditional and digital media ecosystems.

Responsabilities

Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute regional media investment strategies aligned with agency, client, and business objectives.
- Drive operational excellence across all media channels, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance.
- Act as the senior escalation point for agencies, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
- Identify opportunities to expand scope of work and strengthen long-term client relationships.
