Marketing & Content Coordinator
to oversee day-to-day marketing execution for an international nonprofit art project foundation — ensuring every project, exhibition, and initiative is documented, published, promoted, and tracked from concept through completion.
This role operates on
U.S. business hours
and works closely with foundation leadership and a marketing consultant to execute strategy, manage paid advertising, and support fundraising through compelling content.
What you'll do
- Publish, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube while maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Coordinate the content production process, working closely with photographers/videographers to document artists, projects, and events
- Manage the project-to-content workflow,
tracking upcoming, ongoing, and completed initiatives
- Create and edit marketing and donor-facing graphics using Canva or similar design tools
- Develop content that supports both corporate sponsorship outreach and individual donor engagement
- Maintain organized marketing files, content calendars, and project tracking systems
- Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, lead/donor generation, cost per result, and ROAS, making data-driven optimizations
- Monitor social media comments and messages, routing inquiries to the appropriate team members promptly
- Track and report key marketing metrics: engagement, reach, leads, donations generated, and advertising performance
- Collaborate daily with foundation leadership and the marketing consultant to ensure efficient execution
