Job Responsibilities:
1.Sales & Marketing
Responsible for coordinating sales of automotive products (vehicles and/or components) in Peru, including the formulation and execution of sales strategies to achieve established sales targets.
Develop, maintain and manage dealers and direct customers to establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships.
Gain deep insights into market demand, industry trends, and competitors' activities to develop corresponding sales strategies.
Planning and executing marketing strategies to achieve sales targets
Organizing events, trade shows, and product launches to build the brand, promote products and technology, creating excellent customer experiences for marketing impact.
2.Customer Management & Support
Handle daily communication, business follow-up, and contract negotiations with dealers to ensure smooth business operations.
Provide professional product training and market support to dealers to improve their sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Promptly address customer feedback and complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.



Assist with customer retention strategies, ensuring loyalty and long-term relationships.
3.Market Analysis and Reporting
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Track and analyze sales and marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, market trends, and customer behavior. Identify new market opportunities, target audiences, and revenue streams.
By analyzing market data and trends, you'll provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
4.Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to optimize product supply, market promotion, and sales strategies.
Coordinate production and logistics to ensure timely order delivery and inventory management
