Sales Leader – Renewals & New Business, LATAM (Chile & Peru)
Location: Peru preferred (Lima) - Chile considered for candidates with strong, proven Peru relationships and market experience. Remote, with regional travel.

Ceres AI already has an established customer base in Chile and a growing footprint in Peru, supported by a highly capable Customer Success teams in both markets. This role is responsible for protecting and growing that base - leading renewals in partnership with the existing CS team - while personally driving new business across LATAM, with Peru as the near-term growth priority.
What You'll Actually Do in Your First 30 Days
Get up to speed on the existing Chile customer base - accounts, renewal dates, health, and relationships - in close partnership with the CS team.
Map the LATAM agribusiness landscape across Chile and Peru: key operators, agricultural capital groups, and decision-makers.
Join renewal conversations alongside CS to understand account history and begin building direct customer relationships.
Build an initial new-business pipeline in Peru and identify expansion opportunities within existing Chilean accounts.
What You'll Do
Generate new enterprise agribusiness partnerships across LATAM
Build and run a targeted new-business pipeline across Peru, with continued new-logo development in Chile.
Identify and develop opportunities with large permanent crop operators, agribusiness organizations, and agricultural capital groups.
Own the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery through contract negotiation and close.
Own renewals in partnership with the Customer Success team
Work hand-in-hand with the established CSM team on renewal strategy, timing, and risk management for existing accounts.
Identify and convert expansion opportunities within the existing customer base (additional acreage, business units, or product lines).
Build trusted relationships across agricultural organizations
Work with farm managers, agronomy lead
