Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize daily ride-hailing operations across multiple cities in Peru, ensuring efficiency, service quality, and driver-partner-passenger satisfaction.
Lead cross-functional projects involving driver operations, safety, marketing, efficiency, and support.
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics by addressing customer concerns and feedback
Conduct weekly cross-functional communications to ensure alignment across departments.
Develop and present insights, forecasts, and recommendations based on in-depth analysis of operational data




Support the development and scaling growth of local partnerships.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Skills:
Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, SQL) and AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to generate reports, automate workflows, and deliver actionable business insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Ability to effectively manage cross-functional communications, including weekly reporting and team updates.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field. A STEM background is a plus.

Experience:
3-5 years of relevant experience in operations or project management within a ride-hailing, delivery, or mobility service company (e.g., Uber, Didi, Cabify, Rappi, Glovo, Pedidosya).
Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects
