We are looking for a Digital Team Lead to drive user acquisition and performance marketing across LATAM markets. This role is responsible for managing a team of UA managers, scaling paid channels, improving efficiency (CAC / ROI), and ensuring sustainable growth of new users across multiple verticals.
The adecuado candidate combines strong hands-on performance expertise with team leadership and strategic thinking, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and drive user acquisition strategy across LATAM.
Manage and scale key channels: Google,
Meta, TikTok, ASA, DSPs.
Optimize campaigns towards CAC, LTV, and downstream quality metrics (e.g. 4th ride / retention).
Continuously test new channels, creatives, and optimization approaches.
Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across markets.
Lead and develop a team of UA Managers (Junior → Senior).
Set clear goals, KPIs, and development plans for the team.
Own budget allocation across countries and channels
Make data-driven decisions on scaling, reducing, or reallocating spend.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
5+ years in performance marketing / user acquisition.
Experience managing paid media budgets (6–7 digits monthly).
Experience leading a team (or strong readiness to step into leadership).
Experience with Google Ads (UAC / App campaigns), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Attribution tools (e.g. Appsflyer).
Strong analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets, SQL is a plus).
