People Analytics Specialist at BairesDev

As a People Analytics Specialist, you will transform complex talent data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will empower our Talent Acquisition and Operations teams by providing a clear, data-driven view of organizational health and recruitment efficiency.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards to track key performance indicators across the talent lifecycle.




Perform deep-dive analyses on sourcing pipelines and recruitment workflows to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
Partner with leadership to define data requirements and deliver periodic reports on hiring trends and workforce metrics.
Utilize advanced spreadsheet functions and SQL queries to clean, manipulate, and interpret large datasets from various HR systems.
Translate technical findings into concise, non-technical narratives for stakeholders to facilitate evidence-based talent strategies.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Talent Operations.
Proven expertise in SQL and Excel/Sheets for data analytics.
Strong background in talent acquisition workflows and sourcing pipelines.
Hands-on experience with KPI reporting and building analytics dashboards.
Advanced proficiency in English.
