MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

* 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing
role.

* 8 years of relevant work experience in vendor strategy and operations, either
in vendor management (e.g., client-side) or vendor delivery (e.g.,
supplier-side).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Experience in executing operational initiatives within a integral team.
* Experience in technologies, such as leveraging GenAI tools in your
day-to-day, to enhance the quality, effectiveness and creativity of your
deliverables.
* Experience with GCP or other cloud offerings.
* Practical experience leveraging emerging AI technologies (such as generative
AI or advanced automation tools) to optimize business workflows, drive
operational efficiency, and scale programs.
* Ability to turn data to insight to action (e.g., SQL or BI tool-Looker).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
