Key Responsibilities

Reporting and Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain custom and automated reports, dashboards, and visualizations for client marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Data Collection and Management: Collect, maintain, manage, interpret, and analyze data from various internal and external sources, ensuring data integrity for reporting purposes.
Performance Analysis and Optimization: Conduct ongoing and ad-hoc analyses of marketing channel and website performance to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Develop actionable recommendations to optimize campaign strategies and inform future initiatives.
Insight Generation and Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear and compelling insights that drive marketing strategy. Collaborate with client management and strategy teams to effectively present findings and recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with agency teams and clients to share key learnings from data analysis and contribute to the development of measurement tools and reporting standards.




Process Improvement: Participate in performance audits and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in reporting processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
1 year of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within media, ad tech, mar-tech, or digital marketing environments.
Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Data Analysis & Reporting: Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel (creating charts, pivot tables, advanced formulas; VBA is a plus) for data manipulation, analysis, and presentation.
Data Visualization Tools: Proficiency in data visualization platforms such as Power BI, QlikView, and/or Tableau to create impactful dashboards and reports.
Office Suite: Strong command of other Microsoft Office applications (e.g., PowerPoint for presentations).
