The Role
Actividades y/o Skills básicos requeridos:
- Experiencia en la gestión de INCs en ambiente de TI no menor a 3 años
- Entendimiento claro de un ecosistema tecnológico y procesos de negocio
- Punto de contacto para el proceso, comunicación, escalamiento y gestión de INC MAS; controlar, notificar y escalar el
cumplimiento del tiempo de ejecución en una incidencia.
- Capacidad de Liderar/Orquestar las sesiones de INCs, Problemas, Preventivo, WR, Remediación
- Actividades de gestión: Pre-Comité INCs, Post Pre-Comité de INCs, Comité de INCs,



Post Comité de INCs, WarRoom (WR), Monitoreo Preventivo
- Seguimiento: Informes WR, INCs MAS abiertos (0 y 1), Alertas Willy y Dynatrace, Atender alertas por Xmatters, Tickets Problema
- Entregar información para auditorias
- Respaldar Informes de la gestión

Who You Are
Capacitaciones y/o Certificaciones deseables:
- Certificación o capacitación equivalente en procesos ITIL y Gestión de Crisis
- Certificación ITIL Foundation
- Metodologías Agiles (Scrum y Kanban)
