Propósito del Rol
Garantizar la continuidad operativa, seguridad y adecuada presentación de la oficina PMO,



mediante la ejecución eficiente de mantenciones generales, soporte operativo y gestión de recepción, asegurando una experiencia profesional y alineada con los estándares corporativos.

Actividades Principal

1. Mantención y Operación de Instalaciones

Ejecutar mantenciones menores (eléctricas, sanitarias, pintura y ajustes generales).
Coordinar la implementación y dar seguimiento al plan de mantención preventiva.
Identificar y escalar riesgos, fallas o desviaciones operativas.
Coordinar y supervisar trabajos de proveedores externos, asegurando cumplimiento de estándares de calidad y seguridad.

2. Soporte Operativo de Oficina

Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de áreas comunes, salas de reunión y espacios colaborativos.
Apoyar la habilitación y reconfiguración de espacios (mobiliario, ajustes menores).
Mantener estándares de orden, limpieza e imagen corporativa.
