About the role
The BDI is responsible for bringing new participants into our Work & Travel, Internship, and Trainee programs, guiding them through the entire process, and growing Woods' network of partnerships with resorts and employers in the United States. It's a key role within the Business Development area, with a compensation structure designed to reward results.

Main responsibilities
Building partnerships with new resorts and employers in the U.S.
Closing prospects through meetings, calls, campaigns, and social media
Operational follow-up on documents and participants throughout the process
Supporting the creation of content for social media

? Format: 100% remote
