AI Engineer (Agents) at BairesDev
As an AI Engineer specialized in Agents, you will design and build autonomous, multi-step systems capable of reasoning and executing complex tasks. You will act as the architect for agentic workflows, ensuring that models can effectively use tools and collaborate to achieve high-level business objectives with minimal intervention.
What You'll Do
Design and implement multi-agent coordination frameworks to solve intricate, long-running workflows.
Develop robust tool-calling mechanisms and API integrations to extend the capabilities of autonomous agents.
Orchestrate agentic reasoning and planning logic using advanced frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
Optimize agent performance through structured observability, monitoring for loops, and managing context rot.
Ensure the reliability and safety of agentic systems by implementing rigorous evaluation and moderation guardrails.
Collaborate with product teams to translate high-level goals into executable agent personas and task structures.
What We Are Looking For
4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on AI systems or agentic workflows.
Proven expertise in building multi-step agentic systems using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
Deep understanding of transformer architectures and LLM capabilities such as tool calling and reasoning.
