Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails, React) at BairesDev

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will design and implement robust, end-to-end web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and seamless user experiences. You will take ownership of both front-end and back-end developments, driving technical excellence and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver clean, maintainable code.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications,



ensuring high responsiveness and elegant user interfaces.
Develop, optimize, and document secure RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless data communication between backend and frontend systems.
Manage asynchronous processes and background tasks to ensure efficient application performance and smooth user workflows.
Write clean, comprehensive unit tests for both client-side and server-side code to ensure long-term stability and reliability.
Support and refine automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline code deployment and improve development lifecycle efficiency.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven expertise in Ruby on Rails and React with TypeScript.
Strong experience building RESTful APIs and working with asynchronous programming.
Solid understanding of unit testing and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
Advanced proficiency in English.
