As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will own the development of Rails-led applications, pairing a robust backend with modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue. You will act as a key link between server-side logic and user-facing features, ensuring a seamless and high-performance experience across the entire stack.

What You'll Do

Design and develop scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails and React or Vue.
Implement efficient backend logic and optimize PostgreSQL database queries for performance and reliability.




Build and maintain responsive frontend interfaces that ensure a cohesive user experience.
Manage asynchronous processing tasks and oversee secure deployments within AWS environments.
Write clean, testable code using RSpec to maintain high quality and system stability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

What We Are Looking For

4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on Ruby on Rails.
Proven expertise in developing full-stack applications using Rails and modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue.
Strong proficiency in database design, modeling, and optimization with PostgreSQL.
Experience implementing asynchronous processing and comprehensive automated test suites using RSpec.
Hands-on experience with AWS deployment and managing cloud-based applications.
Advanced proficiency in English.
