Senior IT Project Manager at BairesDev

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate complex IT projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational standards. You will guide multi-functional technical teams and streamline engineering workflows, fostering a highly collaborative environment that drives successful technical execution.

What You'll Do

Plan, monitor, and drive the execution of IT and software projects from initial concept through completion.




Coordinate and manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams, providing clear direction and professional guidance.
Align technical project delivery with broader business strategies and stakeholder expectations.
Monitor project capacity, resource allocation, and budget performance to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Enforce project management methodologies, processes, and policies to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
Proven experience in the IT industry managing technical projects.
Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in English.
