Healthcare Software Engineer at BairesDev

As a Healthcare Software Engineer, you will develop mission-critical systems that handle sensitive medical data with the highest standards of security and efficiency. You will play a key role in integrating complex health records with modern software architectures to improve patient care delivery.

What You'll Do

Architect and develop secure, high-performance systems compliant with healthcare industry regulations.




Design and manage robust data pipelines for the secure handling of protected health information.
Facilitate seamless data exchange between internal platforms and major electronic health record systems.
Implement comprehensive audit trails and security protocols to ensure complete data integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex healthcare requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Optimize system interoperability using industry-standard communication protocols.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on healthcare systems.
Proven expertise in building HIPAA-compliant systems and handling PHI.
Hands-on experience with EHR integrations such as Epic, Cerner, or AthenaHealth.
Deep understanding of healthcare interoperability standards like HL7 and FHIR.
Strong background in implementing audit logging and security protocols for medical data.
Advanced proficiency in English.
