QA Engineer (Performance) at BairesDev
As a QA Engineer (Performance), you will be responsible for validating the speed, scalability, and stability of software applications. You will serve as a key link between quality assurance and systems engineering, ensuring that distributed architectures can handle high demand without performance degradation.
What You'll Do
Design and execute comprehensive load, stress, and scalability testing scenarios to validate system behavior.
Analyze performance metrics to pinpoint architectural bottlenecks and resource constraints.
Collaborate with engineering teams to provide actionable insights for optimizing responsiveness and throughput.
Integrate automated performance suites into the delivery pipeline to ensure continuous quality.
Monitor system health during test execution to assess the impact of high-traffic patterns on infrastructure.
What We Are Looking For
4+ years of experience in Performance Testing, Quality Assurance, or Software Engineering.
Proven expertise in designing and executing load, stress, and scalability tests using tools like JMeter, k6, Gatling, or Locust.
Proficiency in performance profiling and identifying system bottlenecks across distributed architectures.
Hands-on experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and monitoring infrastructure.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex performance metrics and providing acti
