Lead Data Engineer (Snowflake) at BairesDev

As a Lead Data Engineer (Snowflake), you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of robust data pipelines within our Snowflake environment. You will act as a key technical coordinator, aligning engineering efforts with strategic business requirements while ensuring high-performance data delivery.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and continuous ingestion workflows.
Develop, optimize,



and manage complex SQL queries and stored procedures to support downstream analytics.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members, promoting engineering best practices.
Oversee end-to-end project delivery using agile project management methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical specifications with business objectives.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Database Development, or a related field.
Proven expertise in Snowflake, including continuous ingestion with Snowpipe.
Strong hands-on experience with SQL and developing stored procedures.
Demonstrated ability in project delivery management using Jira, mentoring, and stakeholder alignment.
Advanced proficiency in English.
