Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer, you will drive the development of robust, scalable backend systems to power high-performance web applications. You will serve as a key technical contributor, translating complex product requirements into clean, well-tested code while ensuring optimal system architecture and database efficiency.

What You'll Do

Design and build scalable backend web applications using modern practices.
Develop and optimize secure,



reliable RESTful APIs to power seamless client-server communication.
Create and maintain efficient database schemas and write optimized queries to manage complex data structures.
Implement comprehensive test suites and performance tuning strategies to maintain code quality and system speed.
Coordinate version control, deployment workflows, and cloud infrastructure setups to ensure smooth release cycles.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Ruby development.
Proven expertise in building backend web applications using Ruby on Rails.
Strong hands-on experience with RESTful API development.
Proficiency in SQL, Active Record, testing, and performance optimization.
Experience with Git and cloud deployment.
Advanced proficiency in English.
