As a Software Engineer specializing in Rasa, you will build sophisticated conversational AI and assistants using Rasa's open-source framework. You will play a key role in developing natural language understanding (NLU) components and dialogue management systems to create seamless, human-like interactions.

What You'll Do

Design and implement custom NLU pipelines to accurately extract intent and entities from user inputs.
Develop complex conversation stories and rules to manage multi-turn dialogue flows effectively.




Build and maintain custom action servers to integrate chatbots with external APIs and backend systems.
Optimize model performance through continuous training, testing, and refinement of conversational data.
Collaborate with product and design teams to translate user requirements into functional conversational interfaces.
Ensure the scalability and reliability of conversational agents across various deployment environments.

What We Are Looking For

4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Conversational AI, or Natural Language Processing.
Proven expertise in building and deploying conversational agents using the Rasa open-source framework.
Proficiency in designing and optimizing custom NLU pipelines, stories, and rules.
Hands-on experience developing custom action servers and integrating with external APIs.
