Senior Java & Apache Flink Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior Java & Apache Flink Engineer, you will design and develop high-performance, real-time data streaming pipelines and robust backend systems. You will focus on building scalable distributed architectures that process complex event streams with low latency and high reliability.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and maintain scalable real-time streaming applications and data pipelines.
Write clean, efficient,



and well-tested code to support complex backend and distributed systems.
Collaborate on defining system architectures that ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and optimal performance.
Integrate automated testing and robust CI/CD practices to streamline deployment workflows.
Optimize streaming applications for efficiency, resource utilization, and throughput.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend or distributed systems.
Proven expertise in advanced Java development and backend architecture.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable streaming pipelines using Apache Flink.
Solid understanding of automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.
Experience with cloud-native development and distributed systems practices.
Advanced proficiency in English.
