Senior Strategic Data Analyst at BairesDev

As a Senior Strategic Data Analyst, you will leverage advanced data analytics to drive strategic decision-making and business growth. You will translate complex datasets into actionable business insights, ensuring high data quality and alignment with organizational goals.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and maintain high-impact performance dashboards and data visualizations to track business performance.
Partner with cross-functional leadership to define, monitor,



and analyze key business metrics and strategic KPIs.
Translate raw analytical findings into compelling narratives and present strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Perform advanced data modeling and data quality assessments to ensure accurate, trusted reporting across the organization.
Oversee analytical frameworks that support long-term strategic planning and operational efficiency initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
Proven expertise in writing advanced SQL queries and performing data modeling.
Strong hands-on experience in dashboarding, data visualization, and defining key performance indicators (KPIs).
Exceptional skills in business storytelling, data quality analysis, and stakeholder communication.
Advanced proficiency in English.
