Senior IAM Security Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior IAM Security Engineer, you will design, implement, and govern robust identity and access management systems to safeguard enterprise environments. You will play a critical role in establishing zero-trust architectures, securing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring compliance across all digital assets.

What You'll Do

Design and deploy scalable identity and access management (IAM) frameworks to secure user authentication and authorization.




Conduct comprehensive threat modeling and security engineering assessments to proactively identify and mitigate system vulnerabilities.
Define and implement robust data protection strategies, focusing on encryption, tokenization, and platform security standards.
Integrate automated security controls and vulnerability scanning into CI/CD pipelines to promote a secure SDLC.
Oversee cloud and container security practices, establishing strong network controls and access policies.
Lead incident response, security monitoring, and log analysis to rapidly detect and mitigate emerging security threats.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in Security Engineering, IAM, or a related cyber security field.
Proven expertise in IAM, authorization, encryption, and platform security.
Strong hands-on experience in security engineering, threat modeling, vulnerability management, and secure SDLC.
