L&D; Specialist at BairesDev

As an L&D; Specialist, you will design and implement strategic learning initiatives to foster employee growth and align individual development with our organizational goals. You will play a key role in transforming training needs into engaging educational experiences that drive performance across our general teams.

What You'll Do

Create and manage comprehensive instructional designs and curricula tailored to diverse business needs.




Oversee the administration and optimization of LMS platforms to ensure seamless content delivery.
Develop interactive e-learning materials using advanced authoring tools.
Facilitate training programs and workshops that address critical skill gaps and enhance workforce adaptability.
Establish metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure the long-term impact and effectiveness of learning investments.

What We Are Looking For

4+ years of experience as an L&D; Specialist or in a similar instructional design role.
Proven expertise in designing and delivering comprehensive training programs.
Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate and Storyline.
Strong ability to measure training effectiveness and impact on performance.
Advanced proficiency in English.
