Senior Engineer (Financial Services) at BairesDev

As a Senior Engineer specializing in Financial Services, you will architect and refine high-performance systems that power modern capital markets. You will take ownership of critical financial infrastructure, ensuring that every transaction and data point is processed with absolute precision and minimal latency.

What You'll Do

Architect and maintain robust backend systems for trading platforms and order management.




Optimize data pipelines to handle real-time market feeds with ultra-low latency.
Integrate compliance-aware design patterns to ensure systems meet strict industry regulations.
Develop high-throughput solutions for complex real-time data processing and capital markets operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate financial requirements into scalable technical architectures.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on financial services.
Proven expertise in building backend systems using Java, C++, or Python.
Hands-on experience developing trading platforms, order management systems (OMS), and market data solutions.
Deep understanding of low-latency architecture and compliance-aware design patterns.
Strong background in high-performance computing and real-time data processing for capital markets.
Advanced proficiency in English.
