As a Test Manager, you will oversee the comprehensive software testing lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables achieve the highest standards of quality and performance. You will act as the strategic link between business objectives and technical execution, fostering a culture of excellence across multi-disciplinary teams.

What You'll Do

Design and implement enterprise-level test strategies that encompass UI, API, and performance layers.
Lead and mentor QA teams,



coordinating testing efforts and ensuring alignment with overall development goals.
Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle and establish robust quality benchmarks across the organization.
Utilize risk-based testing methodologies to prioritize critical functionalities and optimize resource allocation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate quality assurance processes into continuous delivery pipelines.
Define and monitor key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement in testing efficiency and effectiveness.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Test Management.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies across UI, API, and performance layers.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing QA teams and end-to-end testing processes.
