Mobile Performance Engineer (iOS) at BairesDev

As a Mobile Performance Engineer (iOS), you will focus on optimizing the efficiency and responsiveness of iOS applications. You will ensure a high-quality user experience by identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks related to memory, battery life, and interface fluidity.

What You'll Do

Analyze and optimize iOS application startup time and scrolling performance to ensure a seamless user experience.




Monitor and reduce memory usage and battery consumption using Xcode Instruments and other profiling tools.
Identify and resolve complex performance regressions through deep-dive analysis of Swift code and system frameworks.
Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices for resource management and efficient coding.
Design and execute performance testing strategies to proactively catch regressions before they reach production.

What We Are Looking For

4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Mobile Development, or Performance Engineering.
Proven expertise in optimizing iOS application performance, including memory and battery consumption.
Proficiency in using Xcode Instruments for profiling and identifying performance bottlenecks.
Strong background in Swift development and iOS system internals.
Hands-on experience improving startup times and UI responsiveness for mobile applications.
Advanced proficiency in English.
