Senior Operations Analyst at BairesDev

As a Senior Operations Analyst, you will lead the design and optimization of internal workflows to enhance organizational efficiency. You will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights, driving continuous improvement across diverse operational teams.

What You'll Do

Map and analyze cross-functional processes to identify bottlenecks and implement streamlined solutions.




Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure operational health and guide strategic decision-making.
Leverage data-driven insights and advanced spreadsheet techniques to support executive-level reporting.
Integrate automation and emerging technologies to reduce manual effort and minimize operational friction.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment with broader business objectives and standards.
Drive excellence in operational discipline, providing structure and clarity to complex projects involving multiple teams.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar operational role.
Proven expertise in process mapping, data analysis, and defining operational metrics.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic SQL for data-driven decision making.
Experience with AI and prompt engineering to drive process automation and improvement.
