As a Marketing Automation Engineer, you will build and optimize marketing automation workflows across multiple platforms to drive engagement and efficiency. You will ensure seamless lead management and CRM integration, providing a robust technical foundation for complex marketing strategies.

What You'll Do

Design and implement automated marketing workflows, including nurture sequences and lead scoring models.
Manage and optimize the integration between marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.




Build and maintain data-driven lead management processes to ensure high data quality and routing accuracy.
Collaborate with marketing teams to translate campaign requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Monitor and analyze workflow performance to identify opportunities for optimization and increased conversion.

What We Are Looking For

4+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, Marketing Operations, or a similar role.
Proven expertise in building and optimizing marketing automation workflows using HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
Hands-on experience with lead scoring, nurture sequences, and CRM integration.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-platform marketing technology stacks and data flows.
Advanced proficiency in English.
