Senior Technical Support Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will serve as a primary technical point of contact, ensuring a seamless experience for our partners and customers. You will act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges, utilizing your expertise to diagnose and resolve high-level integration issues.

What You'll Do

Oversee technical customer support operations, specifically focusing on complex API-related issues and application code analysis.




Lead the technical onboarding process for new partners, providing guidance to ensure efficient integration with our ecosystems.
Analyze system data and integration points to identify root causes of connectivity or performance hurdles.
Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to align success metrics and improve long-term system reliability.
Document complex technical resolutions and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing across the support organization.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in Technical Support Engineering or a related customer-facing technical role.
Proven expertise in REST API troubleshooting and reading application code to identify issues.
Proficiency in using SQL for data querying and analysis during integration support.
Hands-on experience with partner onboarding and providing technical support for complex integrations.
