Unit4 Developer at BairesDev

As a Unit4 Developer, you will customize and extend the Unit4 ERP platform to meet the unique needs of professional services and non-profit organizations. You will focus on enhancing people-centric modules and ensuring seamless data flow through robust integrations, enabling organizations to optimize their core business processes.

What You'll Do

Design and implement customizations within the Unit4 ERP environment to support complex project and financial workflows.




Develop and maintain integrations between Unit4 ERP and external systems using APIs and web services.
Optimize People Experience modules to improve organizational productivity and user engagement.
Create and refine automated approval workflows and business processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Build tailored reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for finance and HR teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate industry-specific requirements into scalable technical solutions.

What We Are Looking For

4+ years of experience in ERP development or CRM systems.
Proven expertise in customizing and extending Unit4 ERP solutions.
Hands-on experience with Unit4 People Experience and core modules.
Proficiency in developing and managing integrations for professional services and non-profit organizations.
