Marketing Operations Partner at BairesDev

In this role, you'll work directly with senior leadership, driving high-impact marketing and strategic initiatives that shape how the organization operates and grows. You'll have full visibility into the business, working across multiple teams and functions while playing a key role in ensuring alignment, efficiency, and execution excellence. What You'll Do:
- Drive the execution and follow-up of cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely delivery of key initiatives.
- Support the Head of Marketing Operations in strategic planning, special projects, and performance analysis, contributing to data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Operations function, ensuring business continuity, leading selected initiatives, and maintaining a high-performance execution rhythm.
- Develop and optimize processes, dashboards, and reporting systems to improve efficiency, visibility, and collaboration across all marketing functions.
