CRM Manager at BairesDev

In this role, you'll own CRM execution for BairesDev's VIP Audiences & Experiences function, building and automating outreach sequences for our highest-value relationships across existing clients, former clients, and top-tier event audiences. Using Claude as your primary AI tool daily, you'll combine CRM expertise with generative AI fluency and automation workflows to generate measurable sales pipeline.



This is an individual-contributor role reporting directly to the Director of VIP Audiences & Experiences, where your work translates directly into meetings booked, accounts expanded, and revenue influenced.

What You'll Do:
- Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences across email, direct mail, and event follow-up for VIP account segments.
- Build and maintain AI-assisted automation workflows connecting outreach, CRM, and data enrichment tools.
- Use Claude as primary AI tool daily for outreach copy, contact research, account intelligence, and workflow logic.
- Track and report on pipeline outcomes including meetings booked, accounts expanded, and revenue influenced.
- Own data enrichment workflows, keeping VIP contact records accurate, current, and actionable.

What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or outbound marketing.
- In-house experience at a US-based B2B company; agency or contractor work does not qualify.
