About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Product Designer (UX/UI) to own the end-to-end product experience across modern web and mobile applications.
This is a product-focused design role that goes beyond creating beautiful interfaces. You’ll combine user research, product thinking, UX strategy, UI design, and scalable design systems to build intuitive, high-performing digital products that improve usability, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
Working closely with Product Managers and Engineers, you’ll transform user insights into polished, developer-ready experiences while continuously optimizing products through research, analytics, and experimentation.

ResponsibilitiesUX Research & Product Discovery
Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis.
Translate research findings into personas, user journeys, workflows, and user flows.
Identify friction points and recommend UX improvements.
Leverage product analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Amplitude to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with Product Managers to validate assumptions and prioritize user needs.
UX/UI Design
Design wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
Create responsive experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Deliver polished, user-centered designs aligned with modern SaaS design principles.
Produce developer-ready assets using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback and user insights.
Design Systems & Scalability
Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems and reusable component libraries.
Establish standards for typography, spacing, color systems, iconography, and interaction patterns.
