Your role at Clorox:
We're looking for a passionate and technically driven Production Services Group Leader to join our Product Supply Organization team in Peru. This strategic leadership role is adecuado for professionals who thrive in manufacturing environments, enjoy driving innovation, and are motivated by leading regional technical initiatives that deliver business impact.

As a key member of the Production Services Team, you will lead technical projects, support new product launches, drive cost-saving initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams including R&D;, Quality, Manufacturing, and Global Stewardship Services to ensure operational excellence across the region.
In this role, you will:
Lead technical transfers, plant qualifications, experimental orders,



and manufacturing readiness activities for new products and innovations.
Drive technical evaluation and implementation of cost-saving projects that improve efficiency and support business growth.
Partner with R&D;, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful project execution and commercialization.
Serve as a technical expert supporting packaging lines, processing technologies, microbiological risk assessments, and manufacturing troubleshooting.
Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team of Production Services professionals across LATAM.
Manage and monitor testing budgets and technical evaluation resources supporting regional initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Production Services processes, technical standards, risk assessments, and qualification requirements.
Support sustainability, supply assurance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives across manufacturing
