Responsibilities

Define the design strategy for assigned projects aligned to agreed objectives
Lead key UX, visual, and content decisions with a holistic design perspective
Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to assess implications and trade-offs
Guide and motivate team members to apply the design strategy consistently
Apply Design Thinking and selected frameworks to structure discovery and solution definition
Establish and evolve design systems and standards, including Atomic Design or similar approaches
Plan and prioritize design work using backlogs and roadmaps aligned to project value
