The Opportunity
A Frontline Talent Acquisition Analyst is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for frontline positions, ensuring the timely delivery of qualified talent to meet business needs.



The role partners closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand workforce demands, execute sourcing strategies, coordinate candidate assessments and interviews, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Additionally, the analyst leverages recruitment data and market insights to drive process improvements, optimize hiring outcomes, ensure compliance with company policies, and support workforce planning initiatives across the assigned markets
Your Impact
- End-to-end recruitment processes for frontline positions, including profile alignment, job posting, screening, interviews and hiring.
-Post external job openings on appropriate recruitment platforms.
-Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, previous experience and fit for the role.
-Act as a strategic partner to the business, providing guidance on recruitment best practices and adding value throughout the selection process.
