Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social media).
• Identify and qualify potential clients based on their needs and fit.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team and ensure a smooth handoff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups.
• Track all activities and pipeline progress in CRM tool (HubSpot).
• Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies.

Qualifications:




• 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (professional level).
• A hunter mindset: proactive, persistent, and goal-driven.
• Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills.
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Experience in fintech or the trading/brokerage industry is a strong plus.
