The role

We are looking for a Junior Customer Success Associate to support the Customer Success team in managing mid-market accounts and assisting Customer Success Managers with operational tasks related to larger accounts.
This role will focus on customer onboarding, product training, usage follow-up, adoption support, and internal coordination.



The idóneo candidate is someone who is eager to grow in Customer Success, enjoys working with customers, and is comfortable handling operational and follow-up tasks.

Support mid-market customers during onboarding and platform adoption
Deliver basic product trainings and help customers understand how to use key platform features.
Follow up with customers to monitor platform usage and identify questions, challenges, or adoption gaps.
Identify low usage, customer concerns, or potential blockers and escalate them to the appropriate Customer Success Manager.
Provide operational support to Customer Success Managers working with large or strategic accounts.
Help prepare customer-facing materials, reports, presentations, and follow-up communications.>
Keep customer information, interactions, onboarding progress, and account updates organized and up to date in the CRM or internal tools.
