Position:
We are looking for a passionate Freelance Influencer Marketing Specialist with proven experience in influencer marketing and a strong understanding of the social media landscape. The idóneo candidate is results-driven, highly organized, and enthusiastic about identifying new trends and building meaningful relationships with content creators.
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in Influencer Marketing, particularly managing collaborations with content creators.
Strong knowledge of social media trends, with a primary focus on Instagram (experience with platforms such as TikTok is a plus).
A proactive, dynamic mindset with the motivation to bring fresh ideas and contribute to the team’s success.
Excellent communication and commercial skills.




Ability to identify opportunities and build strong relationships with influencers and talent representatives.
Key responsibilities
Source, identify, and reach out to influencers across different markets.
Manage influencer collaborations.
Stay up to date with industry trends and identify relevant creator profiles for each market.
Report directly to the Marketing Director on campaign progress and new opportunities.
Nice to have
Good command of English (preferred but not essential).
Knowledge of the influencer landscape across European markets (preferred but not essential).
