If you love learning about a person’s story and inspiring them to action, this role could be a fit for you. As a member of the Mobilization team, you will participate in a variety of tasks to inform and inspire people to service with TWR. You will participate in some recruiting (domestic travel), application processing, and collaborating with a team that loves to see individuals and families seeking God’s will for their lives. Please note: This position is a supported/sponsored missionary role (not a direct hire opportunity), so the approved candidate would need to develop a team of partners to provide financially for their full salary and benefits. Assistant Missionary Mobilizer: Cary, North Carolina (USA)

Responsibilities

Travel to Christian college campuses and large Christian missions conference (like Urbana and CrossCon)
Manage leads from partnering organizations
Maintain applicant tracking
Establish and maintain relationships
