• Film, edit, and publish short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok on a consistent schedule

• Create LinkedIn content that positions 309 Technology as a serious, innovative player in the HVAC AI space

• Manage our YouTube channel with longer-form content including team interviews, product updates, and thought leadership

• Post engaging updates on X (Twitter) to build community and stay relevant in the tech conversation

• Film spontaneous, authentic office moments that capture the energy and culture of the team

• Interview team members, developers, and leadership to bring real faces to the brand

• Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with our product roadmap and business milestones

• Track performance metrics across platforms and adapt content strategy based on results

• Collaborate closely with the operations and leadership team to stay ahead of company news and launches

Requerimientos





• Genuine passion for content creation and digital storytelling

• Comfortable in front of and behind the camera — you don't need to be directed, you take initiative

• Proficient in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)

• Strong understanding of what makes content perform on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X

• Creative mindset — you can find the interesting story in everyday moments

• Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual content is a plus)

• Experience creating content for a brand, startup, or personal audience (portfolio required)

• Proactive, self-managed, and excited about being part of something being built from scratch

• Interest in technology, startups, or AI is a strong advantage
