Job Responsibilities

Handle labor relations cases and ensure compliance with labor laws and due process.

Manage employee relations and employee welfare programs.

Facilitate the company's performance management process.

Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.

-
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.

-
Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures.

-
Coordinate with employees and department heads regarding HR-related concerns.

Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

-
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.

At least 3 years of relevant HR experience in:

Labor Relations

Employee Relations

Performance Management

Training and Development

-
Certifications related to labor laws, labor relations, or training are an advantage.

Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws, due process, employee relations, and HR best practices.

Strong communication, organizational, coordination, and leadership skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR documentation.

Excellent time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing work demands.
