The Opportunity:




You will be responsible for validating new product features and production fixes, designing and executing functional and integration testing, identifying software defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software releases. The role also supports test automation initiatives, defect analysis, and continuous process improvement.

Your Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, implementing, and executing testing strategies across the software development lifecycle.
- Analyze business requirements and customer workflows to identify functional gaps, edge cases, and potential product risks before implementation.
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases while ensuring complete testing documentation, execution evidence, traceability, and defect management in TestRail and Jira
- Perform functional, regression, exploratory, integration, and manual testing for web and mobile applications.
- Support production issue investigations by rep
