About the Opportunity

A confidential U.S.-based company is seeking an experienced
Enterprise NetSuite Administrator
to support and enhance its ERP environment. In this role, you'll work across multiple business functions to ensure the platform remains reliable, scalable, and aligned with evolving operational needs.

This position is idóneo for someone who enjoys improving enterprise systems, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering practical technical solutions that have a direct business impact.

What You'll Do
- Maintain the health, performance, and configuration of the NetSuite platform.
- Develop and support SuiteScripts, workflows, custom forms, and system enhancements.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to understand business needs and deliver effective ERP solutions.
- Build dashboards, reports, KPIs, and saved searches that provide meaningful business insights.
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and support internal users.




- Assist with integrations between NetSuite and other business applications.
- Participate in ERP improvement initiatives, upgrades, and optimization projects.
- Maintain technical documentation and promote system best practices.

What You Bring
- Professional experience administering NetSuite in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite customization.
- Experience supporting financial and operational business processes.
- Familiarity with integrations, reporting tools, and ERP best practices.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to work directly with U.S.-based teams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Avalara AvaTax, Stripe, Ramp, or Salesforce.
- Exposure to business intelligence, analytics, or enterprise reporting solutions.
