Business Hacking Manager
to join our
Business Hacking Studio
in Lima, Peru. In this role, you will lead large-scale business transformation programs, working closely with C-level executives and multidisciplinary teams to turn strategy into measurable business outcomes. You will help organizations create sustainable value by connecting business, innovation and technology.

What You'll Do
- Define the vision and strategy for large-scale business transformation programs.
- Lead multi-year, multi-workstream transformation initiatives.
- Connect MVPs and strategic initiatives into sustainable transformation roadmaps.
- Define success metrics and KPIs to measure business impact.




- Facilitate strategic conversations with executive stakeholders based on data and business outcomes.
- Develop business cases and assess the current and future value of transformation initiatives.
- Design customer-centric experiences and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change and measurable business results.

What Will Help You Succeed
- Mandatory: 8+ years of experience in Management Consulting or Business Consulting.
- Proven experience leading business transformation, digital transformation or strategic consulting engagements.
- Experience working directly with C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex business challenges.
- Experience facilitating workshops, executive presentations and stakeholder management.
